We've saved you a seat.
An evening gathering that is quiet, simple, and open to anyone.
Arriving
Doors open at 5:15. Find a seat anywhere. A printed order of worship is on every chair.
The gathering
About an hour of candlelight, simple songs, scripture, a short homily, silence, and communion.
Afterward
Bread, soup, and tea in the fellowship room. Stay as long as you like.
We'd love to meet you.
Questions we hear a lot.
I’ve never been to a liturgical service. Will I be lost?
Not at all. Everything is printed in the order of worship, and you can simply listen.
Why do you meet in the evening?
Evening prayer is one of the oldest Christian practices. It is also a good way to end a weekend and begin a week.
Can I take communion?
All who are seeking Jesus are welcome at the table. You can also come forward for a blessing.
Is there childcare?
Children are welcome in the gathering, and there is a Godly Play circle during the homily.
Do I need to stay for supper?
No, but we hope you will. It is the best part of the night.
