About us
We’re here for Phoenix.
How Westfire started, what drives us, and where we are going.
In 2017 Andre and Tasha Collins moved to west Phoenix with a simple dream: build a church for people who had given up on church. The first Sunday met in a middle-school cafeteria. The coffee was bad, the sound system kept cutting out, and sixty people showed up anyway.
We moved into our building on 43rd Avenue in 2021. Since then more than 780 people have been baptized, and we are just getting started.
Our story
Sixty people in a cafeteria.
Our values
What we value.
Lost people matter
We will do almost anything short of sin to reach people who are far from God.
Bring the energy
Jesus is worth our best. We plan every weekend like someone’s life depends on it.
Everyone plays
Church is not a spectator sport. Everyone has a role.
