A congregation with deep roots.
Our history, our faith, and the people who make Old Mill home.

From a mill-worker chapel to a downtown church.
Old Mill began in 1868 as a chapel for the families who worked the Conestoga mills. The stone sanctuary we worship in today was finished in 1891, and its bell has rung every Sunday since.
The mills closed long ago, but the church stayed. Today Old Mill is a mix of lifelong members, young families, students, and neighbors from downtown. We still sing the old hymns, we still serve a meal every Wednesday, and we still believe the gospel is good news for everyone.
What we value.
Reverent worship
We worship with care: scripture, prayer, the sacraments, and music offered as our best gift to God.
Faithful presence
We have stayed downtown for 150 years, and we intend to keep serving this neighborhood.
Every generation
Children, students, and our eldest members learn from each other.
